What we expect:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An openness to using new technology to efficiently Process loans
• Basic familiarity with Calyx Point mortgage origination software
• An understanding of mortgage finance and Real Estate lending from application to funding
• Solid grasp of escrow and title practices and the basic laws governing Florida Mortgage in Hillsborough County and throughout Florida
• A willingness to attend closings in person for all local loans
• A commitment to customer focused lending

Although Capital Lending generally hires only loan officers with a record of originating quality Florida home loans, we will consider a person with demonstrated sales and customer service experience from another industry and a desire to learn mortgage and properly serve Florida home buyers.
