Many of our west central Florida Realtors® are pleasantly surprised to see us at the closing. Our full-time Loan Officers are required to attend closings of every loan they originate if the closing is within driving distance of our Tampa office. We want to be to solve any last minute issues and to congratulate the new Florida homeowner. For closings that are not within driving distance, we will still attend the closing by phone. We know it's unusual for Florida Mortgage Brokers to attend Florida real estate closings, but it shouldn't be.
